It's true. HD Tracks is licensed only for the USA, which is a drag for Canadian enthusiasts. I'm not aware of any other service. It's like Netflix; I'm a member in the US, but when I come to Canada, it won't work. I have to subscribe to Netflix Canada. Forget it.
