New front stage

I knew the M60s were coming at Christmas. I was not expecting the plasma. it seems Heather had plans for the 50" Panny that was there, so now it's a 60" Samsung.
I'd like to say it's finished now but ... external amp...projector...

Hey, I can see just fine. The wine just helps me see extra more drivers.

Never heard of chocolate wine until I read this. So I googled it and I'm not sure I want to know more. "ChocoVine" sounds - wrong, somehow. Like, "GummiAle, anyone?"

That said, I'm enjoying Lindt chocolate with chili pepper at the moment (highly recommended by me) so I shouldn't be so purist, I guess.

So far, I'm very happy with the VP150. I listened to the 160 as well but preferred the 150 in that room and haven't any reason to make a change.

I am thinking about some acoustic treatment. That corner behind the sub is awfully bare and there are times when certain frequencies rather take over. I don"t know how effective MCACC is on low bass.

MCACC only effective down to 60 hz. Below that I remember there was a lot of bass. Maybe too much at times. Perhaps one negative for MCACC that I know if.

The chocolate wine I'm referring to is an ice wine and is exceptionally good. The flavour is actually a hint of chocolate and vanilla; quite subtle and quite tasty.

They also make a chili ice wine that is amazing paired with a 5 year old cheddar. Its funny what goes well together sometimes.

I'm glad you're enjoying your system.
