The stuff you mix in really seems to make a difference -- I think it's White Opalescent Pearl and Silver Metallic or something like that. After reading about a million avsforum posts (literally) my conclusion is that it is probably worth spending $20 more to go with something like RS-MaxxMud (also on AVSForum) rather than basing on Silverscreen. It takes a couple more paints to make the mix and you have to go to Michaels *and* Home Depot but the RSMM does seem to be a bit closer to "optimal" for about the same painting effort. The metallic content in RSMM does seem to be a bit higher so if you are rolling a bit more care is probably needed, but for spraying the RSMM seems like a no-brainer.

Silverscreen seems to have fallen sharply out of favour in the last week or so, but then avsforum is a fickle place
