A couple of weeks ago my EP350 Sub stopped working. I contacted Axiom by email and gave the info about the sub. The next day I received an email from Axiom support. After a few emails they shipped me a new part for my sub. I was able to install it myself with very little trouble. The sub now sounds good as new.
I wanted to thank Debbie, Alan, Noreen, and whoever else was involved in getting my speaker back in service so quickly, without having to ship the whole sub back.
I'm sure a failure is rare, but if one does occur I think you can count on Axiom for great support.
