new M90s being tested using strict NRC criteria.
The new speaker itself. We wanted to call it the M160, but it seemed complicated. That's Amie Lucyk, Axiom's receptionist, in the background, with emergency rum and coke stock at the ready, in case of testing difficulties.
Boys in the band mounting the speaker. You may have seen
Boyce's Road's little yellow CD in some of our tower speaker pics. Boyce's Road has been playing a live show at Ian's dock every summer for the last six years. This year, they decided to try proper sound instead of PA monitors - what a change!
That's Ian on the left, Mike Rogers in the middle, and Peter Bobyk on the right. You've seen their pictures *ahem* slightly more formally attired in the December 2002 newsletter, testing speakers at the NRC.
