I'm a little late to the game, but not late enough, because according to my watch, it is 11:30pm in the Pacific time zone. I just so happen to be on vacation in beautiful Whistler, B.C. (That's in Canada, folks!) and I just logged on to see what I'd missed. So, please accept this humble submission:

Axiom Digital Brilliance Amplifier
(DB-8 for short)

The abreviation is, naturally, a play on that unit of measure of which we are all so fond. And brilliance, well, that's self-explanatory.

Another idea just occurred to me:

Axiom Neutron Amplifier

This amplifier is so densely packed with power that it probably affects the gravitational field around it, much like a neutron star would.
