John, your post gave me a flash back to my honeymoon. San Juan was one of the stops on our cruise, and during a shore excursion, we got talking to a man from Texas. I remember him making a comment about how Puerto Rico has over a 95% turnout during elections, as opposed to only 40% to 50% in the U.S.
