In lawschool I was told the Constitution is whatever a majority of the 9 Supreme Court justices say it is. To me, that sounds like those 9 unelected folks sit as an ongoing Constitutional Convention. That's not what I signed up for. Of course, the alternative is that the Constitution is a binding document which confirms the limitations of government power as opposed to an open mandate of unlimited government power arising from the current controlling wisdom that the Constitution is a "living" document.

There is an amendment process. I like that better than 9 Delphics
