Randy, The only local store that is selling the TV here that I know of is Best Buy (with Magnolia home theater). The TV is $3500 there (plus 9.5% local sales tax). I got the TV for $2899 shipped with no tax from amazon. I think the $1000 diference (after tax) is worth the wait smile
