Charles, it's unlikely that all four of the .1 outputs can be independently calibrated. The release doesn't discuss the matter, but (hopefully) the new manuals will clarify the point.
Looking at the back of the 3010
here , it can be seen that the four sub outs are grouped as SW1 and SW2 pairs. Onkyo terminology uses 1 and 2 to indicate independent calibration between those numbered outputs. The pairing(no 3 and 4)would indicate that the second output in each pair is simply a parallel "Y" connection. So, the net result appears to be that the pairs can be independently calibrated by the receiver, but not the individual members of each pair.
