Just like any other electronics, if you leave them on for prolonged periods of time, it is actually better for the electronics... Specifically speaking about your amp and "controller". The primary thing that causes damage to electronics, is the heat cycle, having them heat up and cool down causes thermal stresses on the solder joints, in addition to other components. Ideally you would NEVER turn your solid state electronics off.

When i was in the military, there were several solid state electronic systems that were never powered down. These systems had been running consistently since the late 90's.. As long as the electronics do not get over heated, and are able to operate within their designed specifications there will basically never be a problem.


As for your speakers... From an electrical point of view, speakers are basically just a coil of wire, and a cross over network... Since you the were playing at a moderate level, again over heating should not be an issue at all....


Long story short, don't sweat it.
