http://www.reliabletreadmillreviews.com/The treadmill doctor site rated the Smooth as one of the best buys, and on paper I agree, but Google searching shows me close to 50% of reviews complain about customer service, so am a little leary of a site that recommends something that looks to be a bit of an ID scam outfit.
In any case, I am having a hard time finding a model I'm interested in that gets consistent reviews. The Precor is built on a great commercial name, but I seem to be learning the residential versions are over priced.
