Since we all like music of one kind or another here are two movies that I just watched and really enjoyed.
"Tom Dowd and the Language of Music, profiles the extraordinary life and legendary work of music producer / recording engineer Tom Dowd." This documantary was very informative and showed the history of recorded music from records to the present. This one you should not miss.

The second movie "Standing in the Shadows of Motown is a must-see film for any fan of the Supremes, the Temptations, Marvin Gaye, or any other classic Motown stars." This is the story of the Funk Brothers and Motown records. Another very enjoyable movie and concert.

Many of us take all this electronic gear for granted. These two movies show the beginnings of modern recordings and the musicians who made music history.
