ALRIGHT GRANT! With all the bad news, a little good news is MUCH appreciated. So glad to hear you made it out safely. WooHoo!

ALL RIGHT!!! Glad you made it out ok and are well!!

You stated that some of your neighbors were evacuated off the roof, so you are apparently in a flooded area. Hopefully they'll allow you to get back in to gather up most of your stuff, and that it'll still be there and in good shape.

Even better is the hope that eventually you'll be able to move back in with minimal disruption of lifestyle.

That would sure be best

Rich.

And, hopefully, even tell us how much you like the new set of axioms that you were able to purchase.

Or, if it turns out that perhaps you desire something else, that you are financially capable after this current inconvenience to be able to get what you like and can give us a good review of your new speakers.....whatever they may be
Rich.

Grant & Pete
Very glad to hear you both made it through. Pete, sorry about the damage to the house. I guess you are still blessed. It could have been worse. I hope you'll both be able to rebuild you lives quickly and try to get back to "normal".

Good to hear that you guys are well.
I haven't donated much (other than the accumulated change in my desk at work; not a completely insignificant sum). I'm still skeptical about these large charities. They seem to spend as much money soliciting new donations as providing relief.
I hope y'all don't get offended, but I think it would be very cool if we could raise a little cash for each of you here without the bureaucratic waste and inefficiency of those charities (with PsychoPete getting a little more due to his higher losses and Axiom ownership standing? ).
Anybody have some ideas about how to start? I'll be first to contribute.
