With all the squibbling over this topic, where is the policy located? I looked just about everywhere and was unable to find a link or document detailing the policy.

The custom ‘glossy’ colors were not available when I bought my 80's. I'd love to have the glossy black or cherry.....

I thought the upgrade policy was only during the 30 day trial period.

I don't believe any of these policies are posted anywhere (at least I have never seen them) but rather are handled case-by-case by the Axiom staff.

During the first 30 days, you can return or trade-in your speakers and get their full value toward your next speakers. After the 30 days, I believe it is still possible to trade-in, but you only get a percentage of what you paid for them back toward your next speakers.

My 350 looks like I've only had it for 30 days, I've really pampered it, wonder if I could get a deal on a 500 upgrade?

Ask for the trade in early Monday morning, one year and 18 days after you purchased the EP350. Probably a 50/50 chance nobody will notice the year

John, he's been wanting an upgrade since the day the ep500 rolled out. That's all he talks about. hehe

This might finally push him over the edge to obtain the subwoofer he so desperately desires.

Actually I would like the 600 so I can keep up with you big boys, just not sure I can convince the wife.
