last night while everyone was out i popped in some favorite cds, cranked the m60s and upped the volume on the ep350, and proceeded to grill a steak. after the 1st cd played, i entered the family room and noticed the receiver had the fan running, gusts of air were puffing out of the rear ports of the 60's, and the system still had its new car smell. granted, i could hear the tunes on the deck while the family room is on other end of the house, and sounded better and better the closer i got to the family room. just had to let all know how i love this system.

Just know, that the louder you play those speakers, the sooner that "new car smell" will disappear.

They do sell the scent in bottles, though, so I guess you could always squirt a little in the vortex port to refresh it....
