OK, I've got an H/K 525 receiver. The only options I have for adjusting delay are
Center:
Surround:
Surround Back:
I don't have surround back, so it's just surround and center. Now, my right surround is about 9 ft away from listening position. My left surround is about 8 feet. The center appears to be about 8 feet. Anyone have a clue if the fronts need to play into this? They're roughly on a plane with the center, but obviously the tweeters are lower, etc (as they are not sitting on top of the TV).
I just thought it might be a good idea to recalibrate--I started watching the Bourne Identity, and the rain was all to my left!

As long as the distance is relatively the same for the mains and center there should be no problems.

Okie dokie. We actually ended up moving stuff around in the room, and I recalibrated everything, including the TV. I'm not sure if the picture's any better, though...
