I love Unibroues, but I can see how they aren't for everyone. Nothing is. For example, I hate Guinness...

Oh, and Murph, I'm with you. I notice you had trouble describing the taste. I call the Unibroues "liquid bread dough". Does that work for you? ;\)

I'm with Tom. At $40.00 a gallon that's about 3.75 a bottle (by Canadian bottle sizes) not counting taxes. Home brew should provide cost savings.

But perhaps the taste is premium + beer making is fun + you end up with BEER!!! OMG I want one!!!

Definitely start with a five gallon batch or by the time you start showing them off with your friends there won’t be any left for you.
