I just want to post that I had a problem with one of my MT80's vibration.
I emailed Amie about it she in turn forward the email to Debbie who, Unlike 99% of any other company picked up the phone and called me regarding my problem.
All this within 3 hours I think it was even less than 2 hrs ,but I was not at my desk to recieve the call.
