I am also an XBOX 360 fan and a sub is definatley the way to go. JohnK has a great set up listed for you for a little over $1000. Go for it!

I would agree with the system that JohnK has listed except for the sub. Hsu has the STF 2 on sale for only $20 more than the Outlaw LFM 2.

With shipping to Il. the Outlaw sub was $2 more, so it might be cheaper to get the bigger, more powerful STF 2 once shipping is included.

I really appricate the advice you guys are giving me. I think im gonna go with the 60's instead. I think it will be a better balance of bass for an apartment with a later option to add a sub if I move to a house.

Im to worried the sub will shack the apartment down. Even with the xbox 360 I dont need the additional bass. What accories is worth picking up if I do go for it. Im totally lost what wires im gonna need? I just can push that buy button.

You truly have the lobes for business.

Pity they're not good enough to get you a new room. You know, one that's not so... square.
