I mailed a request after hours yesterday evening and got a reply back from Amie first thing this morning. Quote:

Always going above and beyond. You guys keep saying it. Now I'm seeing it first hand. Incredible.
On a related side note, I found a very good open source drawing program called Inkscape. At first glance, it looks quite nice. Good enough for my skill level, that's for sure.

While picking up my speakers from Axiom the other day, I saw a poster in the listening room that caught my eye.. I told Debbie who was giving me a tour that I thought it was a cool poster and i would buy one in an instant if they were available .. She smiled and said I'll see what i can do ..
