It's 2F as I start getting ready to work out in this crap. I hate having to wear 4 layers of clothes.

Move to south Florida Rick, you'll save a ton on clothing expenses. \:D

They named an airport after Fred MacMurray? Cool \:\)

MSJ, that Peanut Butter thing was good. Very good.

bridgman, I'm guessing you don't have to leave the house very often?

2 inches of rain and about 6 hours of very dim daylight today in the Pugetopolis.

You guys know "winter" hasn't even started yet, right?

I just spent 6hrs out in -18 C/0 F yesterday, and not with 4 layers of clothing either. I wasn't expecting outdoor work when I went to my parents. We were putting up temporary skirting on the addition to try to help keep the water lines from freezing, where's that chinook when you need it?

If I had a salmon that would mean I was out by you and not nearly as cold, just very wet and not working!

Well, not particularly cold here, but we are doing the typical Island thing: wading through knee deep snow all weekend, pouring rain washing away the snow now (straight into our basements, of course).

Well, except for work. Between that and driving and a bit of sleep, there's not much time left ;(

Not really cold at all, but my power was knocked out for about 28 hours from our first snow of the season. Still about 4 thousand people without power. We didn't even get a lot of snow really but the temp floated just under zero degrees celcius so the snow was very wet & heavy and freezing onto all the power lines. Poles broken and lines down all over the place. One small town had 72 poles down in it's general vicinity alone.

Nastiest snow I've seen since the last major blizzard they affectionately named "White Huan" after the hurricane of the same year.

With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.
