I'm interested in your factory outlet specials, and I understand many of the blemishes can go unnoticed, but I wonder what the worst thing wrong with them could be (deep gouge on the side? discolored patches?)

Hello,
There may be scratch on the tweeter or woofer that does NOT affect sonic performance, or a kind of dent in the finish that would be visible if you angled the panel of the speaker towards a light source.

in case of a scratch on one of the drivers, is it possible to exchange the driver for a fee?
