 Is CL2 rated speaker cable for in-wall application

I always thought that in-wall installations were supposed to have CL3 rated wire. Is that correct or will CL2 be fine? I know it all works, but just want to CYA for insurance purposes.

Al, CL2 is approved for in-wall. You might read the Blue Jeans article on in-wall ratings.
