Has anyone had a chance to compare these 2 subs? I can pick up the PSB for a good price, but there is no local axiom dealer, so I would have to get one shipped. The PSB is a 10 inch, and the specs show it as having a bit more power. I have to admit though that the axiom press is pretty strong lately and has me a little intrigued. I listen mainly to music, but we also use the system for movies. I am more concerned with music reproduction and a clean sound. Thanks

i own the ep125, and have compared it to the paradigm 8 and 10 inchers, as well as a 10 incher by REL or REEL (can't remember the name, but it was 700$!!). I find the EP125 is better than those subs. The ep125 is faster, and more musical. It's not lazy either, so it won't boom forever and ever like the subs you hear in cars downtown! it also blends very well with my M1's, and once I move out I will put M3's and a VP100 in front.

If i were you, i wouldn't worry too much about the power rating if they are close. it would only make a difference at quite loud volumes.

I don't think you can go wrong with either sub, and your budget may be the deciding factor. PSB is another quality Canadian company that is squarely customer focused.

Also include the intangibles of warranty, finishes, etc in your decision.
