Hmmm, wonder if I can get it done under the radar ... I just bought (*had* to have it) a 1kW thru-hull transducer for the boat day before yesterday that set me back a grand without installation, wife's birthday is tomorrow so I just dropped several coins on a necklace I'm hoping she'll like and I'd sure like to have a Blu-Ray player, I'll have to see what we can do. I went to that link but couldn't find anything referring to the money back...

I wouldn't do this if you want to buy a house soon... more credit lines you get, the lower your score.

I've already got my PS3...and a score of about 800.

Mine is somewhere around my "mechanical aptitude" test score.

They hate my guts.

Only systems I see are the 80 GB and it is marked for "pre-order". No mention, that I saw, of the $150 (or any amount) back... It must be buried in the small print somewhere...

OK. I found the $150 back deal under "Game Special Offers"... I still don't see anything but the 80 GB PS3 still though.

Oh well, I can't afford it right now. Even at the discount amount, I just spent all of the birthday money and then some on some of my other hobbies.

Yeah, I think the 160G B doesn't come out for a few months, and for Ken if your credit score is that high, with todays housing prices in Calif, beg borrow and steal to get yourself into a home.

I honestly don't think I make enough money to buy a house where I live. And my job is too conveniently good for me to really want to get out of it, unfortunately.

Not sure about the dates of the offer, but my guess is that the 160 GB version may come out after the offer expires. Still, an 80 GB for $249.......
