CV's sleep behaviors + the Jedi mind trick = Mark gets a new sub.

Well, that makes two of us who experienced the same thing. It's probably something Axiom should look into to be sure it's not a bug in the way they are passing information to Bill Me Later that causes its verification to fail...

I wonder how many people get to that point and give up. (wusses!) ;\)

That's a good point, Jason. I figure SOME people have to be getting approved for Axiom to not be looking into it, and it makes me wonder WHO is getting approved.

Not me. I live in Canada and us Canadians only get to click on the pay-for-it-now button.

So I've recently ordered the epic 80 600 and I'm also thinking of upgrading it to the ep800. After seeing the above picture MarkSJohnson posted it has me thinking that that would be a great place to put the sub without having it take up more floor real estate. My question though is...
What are the odds that that would be the optimal place for it in a room and would there be any issues with it built into a cabinet with the center channel right above it? Would I be better off just getting the vertical version then if it does work out then just place it on its side??

Dyna - that's what I'd recommend. The only difference of vertical versus horizontal is where they put the screw holes for the feet and which direction the Axiom logo faces on the grill.

When I ordered my first 600 I ordered horizontal, but the location I had in mind didn't work out (didn't sound or look good), and I've had it standing up ever since. It definitely takes up significantly less space standing.

I was approved for the M80s ($1198) but not for the rest of the speakers ($3111). My credit is not that great so I was happy to get through even the first hoop, I suspect given Jason's example that there may be a steep cliff much above $1k where they tend to decline.
