If you let me know which Denon it is, I'll look at that as well. I have the Onkyo SR600, so the good thing about the Onkyo is I'm familar with it already. I think it was the 1900 series. Onkyo is good gear, I have an older Onkyo AVR (semi-retired) and have no complaints.
