One question.. can't get any sound out of my BD player via analog 6.1 .. I have it to output Dolby Digital to PCM "DD 5.1- PCM" option ..is that correct ? seems to be the only option other than "DD 5.1"

Love the picture.. now just need to get the sound working..

Oh.. and I have my receiver set to " DVD - Analog " and not Toslink or RCA..

That is a beautiful set, I saw one on display when I picked up my TV.

Figured it out.. in some obscure menu item in my BD player there was a setting that was preventing me from selecting " multi channel audio" out .. once I set that ..I was able to get 5.1 sound through my receiver..not sure if I'm getting True HD or just plain 5.1 DD but at least I have sound..

The sound from a BR disc, even if it isn't HD audio, is still better than SD, as the non HD tracks are a higher bitrate.
