I know that this is not an Axiom designed theater, and it really is a showcase for the manufacturer, but in case you wanted to see what one looks like you can watch the video below... Of course, I've seen just as nice of DIY rooms, but the power and number of channels is crazy. You know that old 80/20 rule... The first 80 percent of something takes 20 percent of your time/money/effort, and it is that last 20 percent that takes the remaining 80 percent of your time/money/effort, also known as the point of diminishing returns... Hmmmm..could you imagine explaining to the wife that you want to cut down the fence in the back yard so a cement truck could back in and pour a ceiling over your HT room.All this so she cant feel the kitchen floor expand while I'm watching Iron Man in the basement and she's baking cookies?I'd get clubbed like a baby seal.Hide the rolling pin.
