True, that's why the price is so low

I went to the mall today for lunch, and, even though I have no need for any extra calendars, I saw that there was a kiosk where they were blowing them out for $4 each. So I picked up a couple of cool ones that I may use for framed art later. One is a Beatles calendar that has cardboard cutouts like the ones that were packaged in the original albums. The other is of Rush:

... The folded paper holds their faces to the floor.

Is there a relationship between adults who play with cutouts and French rivers?

Here's a good one....

A good friend has been receiver shopping for a few months and hit the motherload yesterday. He bought a Denon AVR-3808CI yesterday at our local Best Buy for $699. Yes. $699. That's $1,000 off MSRP. It was an open box special, but all of the parts were there and not even unwrapped. In absolutely perfect shape, as far as he can tell.

Now if I can just convince him to buy some Axioms....

And no, they didn't have any more at that price. I'd have already been there if there were. ;\)
