Well, this afternoon my wife gave birth to a healthy baby boy!! Mom & baby are doing great, and his 2 older sisters are proud as can be!

Congrats on the new addition!!!!  My two sons are 16 and 12 and are great kids but I do miss having babies in the house. I envy ya. Get him started early on some good music.

Congratulations to you and your family.
You should put a nice sound system in his room now, you know, to help him sleep.
That way, you have a person for your "hand me downs", and always a good reason to upgrade when he needs better equipment.

Thanks all! I appreciate the support. We named him Matthew, and he was 7lbs 3oz.
As fas as the stereo, my wife has been bugging me for a stereo on the main level of the house. Not very often does the colonel give the ok for new electronics. The only problem is that she has SEVERLY restricted my budget. I'll probably pick up a used receiver at audiogone, and order a set of M3's.

Congrats, Shawn! I have three daughters, 16, 11 and 9 years old. They all wish they had a little brother... The oldest one swears that if she had a little brother, she would educate him to be a super popular "hot" boy, teaching him every way to please girls.
