How do they look? How about a pic?

I'm gonna take a pic and put it online when the VP150 comes in. Hopefully in a 2-3 weeks. The QS8 does look sweet.

Saturn - I just happened upon this thread again - did you ever get any pics posted? I'm leaning towards the Warm Cherry finish but I'd like to see some good pics of them before I buy. From what I've managed to find, Whatfurrer also has this finish (found 2 pics of his speakers from a distance). If either of you (or anyone else for that matter) would be so kind as to post some close-up shots of rthese it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There were some close up pics awhile back. I also recommend getting a sample from Axiom. They ship them very fast (like, instantaneously), and $10 is quite reasonable.

yes, if you have doubts on the color, then ordr samples.. they are $10 bucks a sample, and when you ordr the speakers, they will forward that cost toward your order. so really, your not out any money at all..

Yeah I should get the samples. I'm not looking forward to the 6 week wait for the custom finish. I was going to just get Boston Cherry but I ended up overanalyzing things. I'd still like to see pics if anyone's got 'em.

good luck in your choices. the flash was doing funny things to these pics.. in normal light, the speakers are almost identical to the color of the entertainment center,

I still chuckle thinking about your wife holding up a pair of your dirty underwear for the camera in the second picture down, Bigjohn. What was it again - a column or something?

no, it is actually the bottom of the pull cord on the ceiling fan. i hadent realized it got in the pic til i had already posted it..

now i think someone had asked if she was holding a diaper in that picture on the back wall.. now in that pic, she is leaning against a column.

ya'll are gonna start thinking we are a bunch of freaks down here in texas..
