Here are some pictures from the car show my dad was in on the weekend. It's called "Britts in the park" and is a yearly event held in Lindsay, Ontario, that is very popular. There were around 250 British cars that are really the main attraction, and are voted on, but there was easily over 1000 various cars in total. Here's a short video clip.

My dad's MG is the yellow one .

Given you recent history with pictures, though, I was a little surprised and disappointed to not see Teri sprawled across the hood of a TR6 or something.

Also wanted to put in a plug for my dear friend John, who is lovingly and completely restoring a 1954 MGTF. He has been an inspiration and mentor to me in many ways, but I can only hope to enjoy his journey, not follow it.

WOW! I read about the restoration of the '54 MGTF Tom. I will enjoy following it's progress. As you may know, back in the day, I was an MGB owner. The 1971 model below was my second one. My first was a 1965 model.

Thanks for posting the photos it looked like a lot of fun. My late wife had a MGB very similar to Jack's, it was blue and had 3 windshield wipers.

Have you ever come down to the British Car Day at Bronte Creek? It's hosted by the Toronto Triumph club and this is their 26th annual event. It features about 1,000 Brit cars.

This year it's on Sunday Sept. 20th.
