Oh, congratulations on reaching 1000. Keep 'em coming.

I watched I Love You, Man tonight. I still liked it.

I the past few days, I watched Harry and Kumar Go To White Castle and Half Baked. I liked the first better, but both gave me the munchies.

Tonight I'm watching an oldie: "Unbreakable"

I've never seen it and noticed it was on blu-ray.

I like Unbreakable.

Solty Rei is kind of disappointing me so far. The writing has been fairly weak. Hopefully it picks up.

Triumph the Insult Comic Dog on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien was good, as usual.

I saw Unbreakable when it came out years ago, in part because M Night Shyamalan produced/directed it, but felt kind of underwhelmed by it. Probably because I had seen the Sixth Sense and was expecting something more along those lines, I don't know.

I saw them in the reverse order and enjoyed both a great deal. Haven't seen any of his other movies after hearing it wasn't really worthwhile.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. I wanted to like it because of David Fincher, but there just wasn't a lot to the story that resonated with me. I don't have a better perspective on aging and death, either.

Just watched Pretear

It’s a 13 x 23 minute episode magic girl anime combining action, comedy, drama and romance. Because it’s short and varied it flies by pretty quickly doing an above average job in each genre but not stellar in any one. Almost every episode advances the plot w/o the usual “each-character-gets-their-own-episode-to-learn-their-background-and-motivations.” Instead you learn most everything about the characters through their interaction. At about 5 hours run time it’s easy to watch in a weekend for light entertainment with nothing to memorable about it.

I hope so too. I’ve made the mistake of watching a lot of top rated Anime early on so I’m trying to intersperse the ones left with more average stuff so I was hopping this would at least be worth watching.

I played the 'good husband' card this weekend and went to go see Julie & Julia with my wife.

I stayed awake. Mostly.

{Forest Gump}
And that's about all I I have to say about that.
{/Forest Gump}

Avoid this one guys. At least, wait until it's out on DVD and you can do other more exciting things while it's playing; taxes, balancing your checkbook, etc.

I just started an internet search to see what you suffered through. Before clicking on the link I saw that M**rl Str**p was in it and closed the browser window. You poor bastard.
