JID, welcome. Of the differences between the two models(e.g. better video processing in the 1910), the power ratings are among the least significant. As others have mentioned, there's very little difference between 75 and 90 watts; specifically it's 0.79dB in maximum sound level on split-second peaks. For example, if a certain peak could be played cleanly at 103dB with 75 watts, it could be played at 103.79dB with 90 watts, not a significant difference.

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! ...Whoa! .........Whoa! ............Whoa! Whoa!

Hold on there. Confidence has no place on this board!
You need to make a well researched but yet still spontaneous 'right choice' and go through 1 or two days of immense satisfaction, then instantly feel like you need to upgrade like the rest of us.

Snicker.

With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.

Feeling the need to upgrade is what keeps our hearts ticking. Knowing that there is something better just over the horizon that is going to FINALLY send us all to audio zen is why we get up everyday and go to work. If ever we were to finally aquire all the 'best of the best of the best' everything and had no more upgrades to tweak our systems, I'm pretty sure most of us would keel over right then and there.

Because after all, what would be the point of living after that???

Yeah, like maybe just making some actual sawdust instead of buying new tools?

Yeah, Micah; as Mark commented(and my tag line indicates), the bottom line is enjoying the music and/or movies, not "upgrading" the tools used to play them.

No way, I'm only enjoying my music as it is for now until I finally get that piece that will make it that much better! \:\)
