I hate that I fall into the "I don't want to watch this yet, I'll be getting new equipment soon" trap.

I hate that I fall into the "I don't want to watch this yet, I'll be getting new equipment soon" trap. I hear you. Ever since I’ve moved I’ve got a huge backlog of stuff I’m holding out for a projector and screen and/or Blu-ray player. Luckily I’ve also got a huge backlog of lower quality stuff to hold me over.

I hate that I fall into the "I don't want to watch this yet, I'll be getting new equipment soon" trap. Bahaha haha ha hahaha ha ha ha... that's hilarious! It's hilarious to me because this is exactly what's been going on at my house ever since this subwoofer debacle of mine has been going on!!! I have a long, long, LONG list of stuff I want to watch once I have the LFE sorted out in this room. In the mean time I have been killing time with movies that don't exactly need a subwoofer to watch (anyone remember me saying I had watched 'Dirty Dancing'.... case and point). But I tend to enjoy watching movies that you wouldn't expect to find any LFE out of, only to discover that the sound mixer threw in a few surprises (did anyone really expect 'Kung-Fu Panda' to THUMP like it does?).

The Tai Lung scenes are fantastic. One of my favorite Blu-ray disks for audio. SKADOOSH!
