Zimm will be celebrating(unless the judge tells him to get to work). Happy Birthday, Charles! No, I've been laying low on the judicial front. Started a new company and doing legal work on the side just to keep the cash moving for the start-up venture. Nice not to be subject to the scheduling whims of judges - now just subject to the whims of investors...frying pan anyone?????
