Every rainbow is a double rainbow, just the mirrored component is a little harder to see. They all also make complete circles, but unless they are very small it's not possible to see all 360° from a single point of view.

I finally got around to watching this. I had to turn the sound way down on my computer because I was afraid my co-workers would think I was watching porn, with all of the orgasmic noises the camera operator was making.

I saw one like that here in CT once in my life, the secondary bends of white light inside the drops were very visible.

I found out about it on 102.1 the edge Toronto. When I viewed it just after they played it on The Dean Blundell Show, it had around 500,000 views, and the next day it had over a million; now it has over 2.2 million views. The same thing happened after they played Frankie the weather guys video.
