With the kind help of Mark (thanks, Mark! smile ) here's the design for the shirt. It's going to be white stitching on a blue knit polo shirt...not sure what shade of blue though. My cousin showed me a catalog, and the closest shade to "Axiom blue" was more like "Windows XP" blue. HAHA! But, Ian mentioned to me there really isn't a particular color they use anyway, so it can be whatever we want.

So, I need your sizes. Here is the list of attendees according to Amie:

R A Devries
Adrian
fredk
Ajax
Ray3

Please PM me with your size. If you do not want to participate in wearing the shirt to the event, PLEASE let me know as well. To those who can donate for the cost of the shirts (no more than $20 per person), it would be much appreciated. If you do not wish to donate, that's quite alright, you will get a shirt anyway UNLESS you tell me you don't want one...OR I don't get enough donations to be able to cover the rest of the cost myself. In that case, NO ONE will get a shirt! shocked Anyhow, I will probably collect your donations at the event, but if you prefer, you can send it via Paypal, a check, etc. I will keep a list of who donated and how much. I certainly do NOT plan on making money for the shirts. In fact, I planned on paying for a lot of it myself. I will submit the design to my cousin, pick out the shirt, and let you all know the final cost in the end.

Thanks guys! It would be the GIRL in the group who would come up with "let's all wear the same shirts" idea! grin

Cool!

Do you want us to submit the sizes we are right now, or what we hope to be in mid-September? grin

That just means we all got the memo and don't need new cover sheets for our TPS reports.

Thanks for your efforts!

I'm okay with blue balls. I kind of have to be.

Sorry, channeling a sadder version of Micah.

No, I don't think Mary wants to make you matching underwear, Mark.

Oh. You deleted your request. Never mind.

Not to intrude on Mary's project, but I realized that noting your shirt size was not enough. It's important for you to select the shirt style as well!

And, that beats us hearing Adrian's subwoofer the whole trip...

It's a good thing Axiom likes to use 2 tweeters, otherwise that could be a little awkward, Mary.

In fact, your shirt comes with built in candles. Just be sure to blow them all out before the flame hits the cotton or you... errr, wellllllll, you won't get your wish.

Good luck with the shorter candles positioned on the back of the shirt.

And Happy Birthday if I missed the thread!

The event was threadless....

Since there's no longer a calendar on the boards, my guess is all the others will go threadless as well...

This is by far one of THE best thread i've read in ages.

It gets my vote for thread of the year.

Are there prizes for thread poster of the year yet?
You go Sonic.

I'll take my blue breasted beauty piece in L, assuming that XL is the goalie size version by Canadian standards. If you get the onesies, i'll take one of those with a pee trap.

Can you paste icons on the shirts too?
Here's mine:

I should finally be making the trip arrangements this weekend.

I was thinking about a button or name tag with my avatar... need to work on that some more. I would think that individual icons would be cost prohibitive. Not to mention potential infringements (in my case, at least).

I had mentioned a long time ago that I don't mind printing up some stick-on labels (no pin holes through Mary's new shirts) with real names, forum names and such. I don't mind doing the avatars, too, but the pixel sizes are so small, they'll look pretty mediocre....

I can give it a try to see how they'll look....

Yeah, that would work fine for you... but probably everyone else's would look like crap!

Wait.

That's probably your intent, now that I think of it!

You want to have a good looking name tag while everyone else has a bad one just to feel superior, don't you?

ANSWER THE QUESTION, DAMMIT!

Yep! Its all about ME. Seriously though, I kind of figured that others would send you a higher res image, if available.
