Heading to see Kings of Leon in concert tonight. Hopefully they put on a good show, I've never seen the live before...

Kings of Leon turned out to be a bust. We were in floor GA, 40 feet from stage, dead center. Plenty of breathing room at first but then there were way too many crowd pushers. Ended up with twice the amount of people crammed into the same space by the end of the show, yet people were STILL trying to squeeze in front of you to get a little closer. There was literally no way you could get out either, even if you wanted to.

Kings of Leon sound great live. In fact, every song sounded exactly like the album version... No covers, no instrumental deviation from the album versions. They didn't even play an hour and a half, which actually turned out to be a good thing because I was ready to leave after an hour.

I suggest just sitting at home and listening to the albums. Much cheaper, same exact sound, and no crowd pushers.

Always call the place you live a house. When you're old, everyone else will call it a home.

I HATE that!!

It seems like the thing Pop bands (and manufactured "artists") would do, not the sort of thing that "musicians" would WANT to do.

I am extremely pissed off that I will not be able to attend any of the dates on the Tedeschi Trucks Band tour. Presale tickets going on sale in the next couple of days. I hope somebody will go, have a great time, and report back.

I have seen her in concert with my wife a couple of times and I agree that she puts on a great show!

I still could be interested in Tudeschi/Trucks in that I'm a fan of both, but I dislike that venue...(they really cram you in like sardines).

Maybe to placate me at the moment, I just bought tix for a "Blues Summit Featuring Robert Cray Band & Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters".

It's in a local small theater, I got great seats and it should be a great show!
