You can also roll your own. I got a Pogoplug on buy.com for $50. You can reuse ANY USB HDD and flash drives you already have. Great for repurposing all your old stuff. AND, there's no monthly, which I HATE.

There's always Amazon too. If you buy an album, you get bumped to 20GB. Free.
