Since it was full, I went out and got one of those BAGSTERS from Home Despot. It is way cool!

For $30US, you take home a plastic bag, about 24 x 24." Inside is a plastic woven-thread "dumpster" that folds out to 4 x 8 x 2+' high.

It'll hold up to 3300 lbs. or 6.6 cu yds.

It worked so well last week demolishing an entire bathroom, that I ran right out and put one in my driveway for stuff that's been around for a year.

Now I'm going crazy looking for anything that's dusty, unused or too big for me to have put it out with the trash. It's an awesome incentive.

Then, when you're done (no time limit), you give 'em 3 days notice to come get it and, depending on where you may live and disposal laws, it'll cost about $150 for them to take it away.

That's 1/2 the cost of a small traditional dumpster, without the damage to your driveway, or killing a large swath of lawn.

Just wish I weren't shilling for WM Co. (Waste Management). Like they need my help in their world domination war with BFI (Browning Ferris Ind.).

So, get off your asses and throw some shit away. How else ya gonna make room for all that new shit?

I just fill up the half of my garage where I don't park the car (it's a double garage). When my project is done, or my garage is full, which ever comes first, I call 1-800-GOT-JUNK. For $150 they'll load up their truck and haul it away.

Jeez, if Joyce had one of those bag thingies, I'd be out of the house.

I... I never knew!

But, help me out with that cubic yards math, willya? Unless, of course, by "2+" you mean "5.5+".

That's pretty cool concept, for sure.

The actual # on the bag is 6.6. I didn't do the math. Really? You looked at those numerals and instantly went into calculator mode? I can't do that unless someone tells me I have to.

Maybe they think I can pile everything vertically?
I'll post pix.

Of course now, Tom, I had to go out and re-look. Apparently, all the numerals change places if it's completely unfurled. Who knew?

It will hold 6..... as in 606 gallons.
As for cu yds., now those letters line right up with a numeral '3.'

Crap! Now I'm gonna have to go vertical for sure.

Yeah, I'm kind of a spatial reasoning savant. I'll sleep better tonight, now. Thanks.

Ken thought the same thing until I beat his Tetris high score.

Nerd wars! Sweet.

I once swallowed pennies when I was younger.

Yeah, it's on now.

Bring it.
