I found my receipt:

1. Siren Noire Imperial Chocolate Stout; American Double / Imperial Stout style beer brewed by Heavy Seas Beer in Baltimore, MD.
2. Palo Santo Marron; American Brown Ale style beer brewed by Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, DE.
3. Ovila Belgian-Style Abbey Quad; Ale Brewed With Plums; Quadrupel style beer brewed by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Chico, CA.
4. Morning Glory; American Double / Imperial Stout style (espresso) beer brewed by Old Dominion Brewing Company in Dover, DE.
5. Dirty Bastard; Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy style beer brewed by Founders Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, MI.

Today and tomorrow are free days, right, Tom? Let us know what fun you find in DC.

But it's on the internet, so it's true.

I would have thought "nicely buzzed" would have been one of the top ten states for beer lovers.

I was fortunate today. My wife found that our local Trader Joes had 11 bottles of their anniversary ale on the shelf (2012). A couple of months ago, she had asked after it, and they told her they sold out very quickly. She had originally bought 2 bottles of it, and I've drunk one. The stuff is fantastic. So we showed restraint and only bought 5 of the 11 bottles that they had apparently found in the back corner of the storeroom somewhere.

Well stocked on beer now, with 3 remaining 3 packs of Ommengang, 6 bottles of the TJ's 2012, 1 bottle of TJ's 2011, and a bottle of Gouden Carolus Van der Kaiser Blau (or however you spell it). Oh, and one bottle of some other kind of Ommengang in the fridge.

Ken, you pretty much ONLY drink Belgian styles?

Wish I could try this Whiskey made from Bear Republic Stout

I pretty much do. I'm not really sure where to expand my tastes, although I've liked a couple of IPAs I've had at Peter's house, I really like the complexity of the Belgians.
