Safest just to go with black in that case.

Nick, you could have him get inwall M2's for the surrounds. I know they're not as good, but they're not as expensive, either. And if he's still in the framing stage, you could place them optimally. Less $ and higher WAF. Just sayin'.

Been waffling on the VP160 since Christmas. 20% off sure pushes me over the line!

M80s/VP160/QS8s/EP350; M22s; M3s.

I think that there are some architectural issues to overcome. It won't be a dedicated space, so the surrounds will most likely need to be mounted using ceiling mounts vs. on the wall.

I will know more tomorrow when we get into the space with tape measures and such, but good idea on the M2 in-walls.

Wow, this really is a great deal. I wish I was in the market for something new right now.

Hmmm... Maybe I should be!

Know what you mean, David. I've been toying with the idea of a new center, but with the extraordinarily poor position mine is in (I'll admit it--it's behind the TV facing straight up), I can't imagine it'd make a difference.

Four eye bolts through the ceiling and some chains would really open up your center channel placement options, Ken...

Right, because it will be anchored in place.

If an incabinet can go in a cabinet why can't it go in an aluminum cabinet?
Brushed black please.
