Been a while, but I have been busy enjoying our Movie Theater. smile

AMJ Cinema

So 6 years of hanging on the wall perfectly fine and tonight one of my QS8 V2s come crashing to the ground. We were not in the room and nothing was on/playing. Took a while to find the cause of the ruckus. I have no clue what happened.

This is what I have now:

I have no idea how it came up and out of that bracket. Nothing is wrong with the bracket on the wall or speaker. Maybe it was never all the way secure??

Anyway, can I glue it all back together? This is sorta a serious question on if this is repairable or not. Much thanks.

Hi aham23,

If you call the 866-244-8796 number we can fix you up with a replacement cabinet. That would probably make the most sense.

At least you have options with a new cabinet...

For those that don't want to click the links (there are some lazy people around here ya know...), here are the pictures:

Looks about like mine did after mine took the fall. Except a little better.

Those brackets can be tricky for sure. I had one come off when I first got my QS4's . Lucky for me it fell on the couch. At least ian is willing to give you a new one, what a great guy. Where else on the internet do you find the company CEO trolling the forums and helping its customers.

+1 on that. Over on AVS I was trading PM's with a member there on the Denon thread. He asked me what type of speaker set-up I had. When I told him Axioms, he immediately asked if I was Canadian. I told him no, I was a Tarheel. I also told him that I had just watched Argo rekindling fond memories of "We Love Canada" parties we had back in the day when Argo really went down. I also spoke of what a great forum this is and that you often have the chance to "speak" directly with Ian. This type of customer service can not be beaten........Rob
