Thanks Adrian.
I already have! (well emailed anyway)

I've bought there before. Lots of neat stuff. The last time i had included some speaker cloth in my order and after taking out my other items, i must've left the cloth in the box underneath the popcorn packing and it got tossed out.

Update:

The cone has been re-glued to the weight loaded dust cap. Drying time at day two.
Will run the speaker tomorrow to start testing.

The glue ultimately chosen was the MG speaker service cement.

Yes the Elmer's #233 for specialty ceramics. It had quite a floral note with a hint of cinammon.
LOL

The primary solvent in this is acetone. That's a plus because if i didn't use enough of the glue and the plug releases, i can clean the area easy with acetone and start again.
I added what i figured was about the same amount of glue compared to the amount i removed during cleaning. Most of it came off in one strip. There were two strips of glue; one around the base holding the mass loaded plug, and one around the dust cap edge.
