Last week I bought a pair of M2ti for my rears to go with my m22tiand VP-150 and Ep-125. When I got them home i \I hooked them up to them up to my fronts to see what they could do in contrast to My M22, the first thing I was able to pick out was how much more sensetive they are and how there seem to be a less deeper sound to human voices. There also seems to be more air in the trebal compaired to the 22. Is there some thing wrong with my 22 non-se?There also seems to be some grain to the sound with the 22.

I have not heard any Axioms other than the M22s, but for what it's worth, the only area in which the M22s have failed to live up to my expectations is the treble--cymbals and highhats just aren't as vivid as I had hoped. (I've had them for over a month now, so they should be fully "burned in.") It helped when I turned the treble on my amp up 2 dB. But I'm curious about this, too.
