Hello all...I am new to the forum and have been very impressed with all the recommendations for Axiom's products. I am going to purchase an Axiom system (M60's, VP150, QS8's) in the next couple months and want to know if anyone has had experence in purchasing the factory outlet products. If so, have the wait times been acurate when making the purchase? The reason I ask this is because I am starting construction on a new home in the middle of May and want to time the purchase so that I can take advantage of the 30-day return period and and have the system ready to use when I move in later in the summer. From what I've been hearing, the wait times listed are worst case...often the speakers ship much sooner.

If you need them to arrive at a certain time, I'm sure they'd hold your order and ship them when you want them to. Just email Amie about it.

I have no experience ordering from the factory outlet, but from what I have read around here I got the impresion that the listed waiting times are sort of a "projected worst-case." Ideally Alan will chime in here...

I purchased from the Factory Outlet and was surprised (pleasantly, I may add) to get my set in 1-1/2 Weeks instead of the published 3 Week lead time.

I've ordered twice from the Factory Outlet, and both times my order arrived exactly at the end of the stated waiting period. Others have had their order arrive sooner.

You can't count on your order arriving sooner, but you CAN count on your order arriving no later than the stated wait time. If your speaker wait times differ, they will hold the one(s) with the shorter wait time and ship them with the speaker with the longest wait time.
