-I was at Ron's TV & Video in Dartmouth Nova Scotia,in Canada this week,which is an Axiom Dealer,which they are having a summer blow out sale.
-They are over stocked and clearing out EP-350 Subs for $387 US Funds or $599 Canadian funds.That is a great deal.
-They are also clearing out M80's for $839 US Funds or $1299 Canadian.

Ron's TV & Video have great deals on Axiom speakers,they have also just taken the Onkyo Receiver line,and are given good deals on them aswell.

it came up to about 265$ taxes inc, they pay for shipping.
I WILL be placing them on the sides, but now, the question is, where on the sides? I will start a post for that, or look to see if there is one already.

p.s. I was hoping to get some QS8's, but i can't afford them!

I just love the look of the QSx. Not only does it have the aesthetics of a funky little octabox but the sound dispersion is just amazing for surrounds.
I'm not sure that anything less than a dipole could begin to imitate a similar surround style.

hey again, long time no see on my end.

Saw you posting about the QS surrounds... I have the QS4's on Axiom's (older) QSS4 stands, and I have been extremely impressed with these as surrounds. They are placed to the sides of my main listening position with the nulls aimed at the listener at approximately (maybe slightly above) ear level. The 48" height works out great with these speakers, and the dispersion is very enjoyable. I know some prefer direct radiators, but I am sold on the QS design/performance. Enjoy your speakers!

hey, long time no see!

I definitely will be putting these QS4's on the sides. I unfortunately might not get them until early next week, but the day I do they are going 7 feet up, just behind my ears when I'm sitting down. I have M3's in the back right now, they're working well, but I don't feel they're working well enough. The M3's will become my bedroom speakers. Now all I need is a player/amp combo for them!
